THE WISE MEN IN OUR CLASS "MASSCOM 3"

If you have good eyes like mine you could have known already whom I am talking about. Well, from the picture above, the two men from right are the one I am talking about. The first from right is Mr Chizziza followed by Mr Lusungu, actually we use to call them "wazee wa hekima"

These "wazee" have been wonderful people since we started our first year three years ago. They are very co operative and hardworking, in the matter of fact they are always attending lectures compared to younger ones.

When I saw them for the first time, I never knew that they can be able to handle the studies due to their age but to my surprise, they are the one who give me hope of moving forward, there are times I gave up but once I see these two "wazee" working hard on the studies I am inspired, I pick up my pieces and keep on moving.

There times we have misunderstandings in our class where bu every one want to speak loudly but these "wazee" are the one sorting out the problems whenever happened because everyone in our class has a good respect for them.

No one dared to mess up in front these wazee because they will correct you on the spot. they are really a good model.

MY WONDER ON MIXED DENOMINATION CURRENCY VALUE COUNTER.

Somebody my be amazed on why do i wonder this mixed denomination currency value counter ,but for me it was a total surprised when i saw the machine for the first time. One day  I was searching for something on net then I happen to see the machine that made my heart wonder,how come one machine is able to count different currency on the same time?

I had been familier with other kinds of money counter and I saw them almost every place of bussines like in Supermarkets and banks which are able to count the same kind of bank notes. but inever thought there would be a machine which will be able to count unsorted bank notes.

Come to think of it, that if it is hard to count a big number of banknotes of the same currency manually  then whats more if you have been given the mixed denomination currency to count? Its headache!

Globalization has made the whole world to be like a small village, there are movement of people everyday from one country to another for business purpose and leisure, hence the flow of different currency is increasing even more, therefore it is a beautiful thing having a mixed denomination currency value counter and I think that this machine is the good news for business people.

 

I have to admit that the company which decided to do this kind of business is doing the right thing , since they move with technology,  but i was curious to know if this machine is well known in business arena in my country  or they are like me who thought this idea is impossible even after i saw it ,  was steel wondering , How can this be!

UP TO THIS FAR!

"The end of the matter is better than it's beginning" this is the wise saying from the Holly Book. You will agree with me when you end something with victory, like Finishing school and college. People are doing celebration even when they finish standard seven, what's more when finishing form four or form six?

The above pictures portray what I am talking about. those are students of Tumaini University-Mikocheni Campus Dar es salaam who finished their second year after they did the last exam.

It was a happy day for all of them, its like the heavy burden has been moved out of their shoulders. their faces ever smile since they got out of the examination room. how beautiful it is when you know that you are remained with one year to finish the course!.

After they finish their last exam of that semester, they went to "Mbalamwezi Beach" just a near by beach from the campus. they eat,drink, swim, play and enjoy.

When they were at the middle of their celebrations, they sow one of their lecturer "Mr Godwin Gondwe " He added joy  to those students and they took photo with him.

It was a such lovely day, so lovely and joyous. It is a good thing when people gather together in the name of love and I happened to be one of them in that gathering.I enjoy a lot that day- Its a day to remember!

BEHIND THE CURTAIN

My greetings to all ladies,gentlemen and my fans!
Today is another beautiful day that I want to communicate with you about what i call "behind the curtains".
If you look on the picture above, there is a smiling lady with a cup of tea. You can say all about her but behind her there is a curtain which is opened though you can not access what is behind it even if it is opened.
I was curious to know if this lady on the picture know that behind her there is an opened curtains! and if she is aware of that, does she know exactly what is behind those curtains!?
I came to realize that there are a lot of things we don't know about ourselves upon which our success is kept.we might know very little of us, that we can read,write,sing,dance, draw, and other more but is that all? well, we might know that little of "us" but how far have we been serious develop what we know about ourselves? or we are keeping on despising the little we can do and keeping on dreaming what we can not do!can we archive success by so doing? I don't say dreaming big things is bad, but It is good to start by the little we have and know in the light of big dreams.
The lady on that picture is just an example that she has a lot of potentials which will change her life into big success, and the good thing is that God create a human being with potential of success in them, but if she is not aware of that  it will remain "behind the curtains" unless she SEE that she will not be able to access her success. that is to say "the journey of success will begin by knowing yourself"  

The year has began.The 2012

Happy new year ladies, gentlemen and all my fans.

First of all, i want to thank God for making us to see another beautiful year. It is a privileged indeed to be alive up to date.Yes,we had a lots of plans last year and not all of them had happened, some people died with their dreams,others lost their loved ones and being disappointed since things has not turn out the way were expected to.But steel we don't need to give up,life must continue.

let me share to you what happened to me last year. i started the year with new hopes and dreams.one of my dreams was to start a business while am working so i could have more income but to my surprise i lost my job and i could not continue with my plans of business.That does not mean that this year i didn't start with new hopes or dreams to catch but rather i have more and better plans than last year because there is no giving up and life must continue.

Therefore we need to move on with our sweet dreams and one day it will be come into reality.
